My Display Finder sends request from customers actively wanting to buy trade show displays. You can simply choose to respond with an offer or wait for the next request.
After signing up to be a vendor you will begin to receive offers from customers actively searching for trade show displays. The customer fills out a request with details such as budget, display size, style, and additional upgrades & add-ons. The request is sent out to all vendors who have signed up to My Display Finder. If you're interested in responding to the request simply click send offer, supply a price, a product link, and any additional details you would like. The offer is then sent to the customer for evaluation. We've made the process extremely easy, fun, and best of all an even playing field for everyone. No more competing for ads on google.
While our service is in beta, it's 100% free for all of our vendors to respond to as many display requests that they want. Once we've grown our shopper and vendor relationships My Display Finder will be based on a credit system. Each credit will cost $5.00. Each time you choose to send an offer to a request you are charged credits. If you're not interested in a request, simply save your credits and choose not to respond at no charge. The amount of credits needed to respond to a request is based on the booth size. See below for a break-down of credits per booth size.
We welcome everyone to sign up to be a vendor, however we vet each vendor prior to adding them to our platform. We want to be sure your products, services, and customer service meet the needs of our clients. To ensure a quick and easy process for creating offers our system is based on meta data pulled from your product pages on your own website. Most modern e-ccomerce websites are setup to work well with our platform, however if your meta data is not setup correctly on your product pages you wont be able to be a vendor with My Display Finder.
To sign up there is zero cost. However, in order to respond to a request with an offer you have to have credits. You can purchase credits at any time and the more you purchase the cheaper they are. The amount of credits needed is broken down by booth space. It costs 1 credit for you to respond to single panel & flag displays, 2 credits for a 10x10 booth space, 3 credits for a 10x20 booth space, and 4 Credits for 20x20 booth space. As a bonus each month we'll provide 10 FREE credits to ensure you and our shoppers have a great experience and success with My Display Finder
While in Beta there is zero risk or cost to sign up and begin sending offers to shoppers actively searching for trade show displays. Once My Display Finder is out of beta the advantage of being a vendor is that for a low cost you can get qualified leads and send offers to requests that you feel meets your products and services. If a request comes through that's not worth your effort, simply ignore the request at no cost to you. Our goal is to level the playing field for all companies competing in the trade show display industry. You no longer have to rely on bidding and spending large amounts of money on google advertising. If you have a quality product, competitive price, and are willing to ship in a timely manner then you can compete with anyone.
To ensure a level playing field we will share a monthly report that shows purchasing trends with all vendors who have signed up. Although you won't be able to see other companies individual sales strategies, you will be able to see the collective trend of prices and discounts that were the most popular and successful for the month.
